Growing up in Austria, Manuela developed a passion for the beauty industry in her teenage years and began working in the field in 1988. As co-owner and operator of Voilà since 1992, Manuela has earned an array of certifications and keeps up with the latest fashion trends. Her education includes classes in design, cut, and hair color with all major brands, while traveling all over the United States to maximize her classroom experience. Manuela works full-time behind the chair designing individualized hairstyles. She specializes in making brides beautiful, turning yesterday’s hairstyles into today’s latest fashion, and recommending hairstyles that match the shape of one’s face and personality.
After coming to Atlanta from his Virginian roots, Scott sought to pursue an art career. With the view of a new city, he fell in love with the beauty industry and took another path in the art world. Scott has been in the industry since 1984 and has worked side-by-side with his business partner, Manuela Davis, nurturing Voila Salon together since 1992. Scott is a strong believer in continuing education thus enabling the team at Voila to continue providing the latest in salon services.
With over 30 years of experience, Margie has been a critical member of the Voila staff for over 14 years and spent 25 years educating for Redken 5th AVE NYC. Her work behind the chair comes with acclaimed achievement. Margie continues to attend fashion, hands-on and product-knowledge classes to stay fresh in the industry. She strives for a work life balance and sums up her life with daily achievement and enjoyment: family, fun, and friends.
Amy, a native Floridian, began her career in 2000 after moving to the Atlanta are. Naturally passionate and creative, Amy excelled through the Georgia Apprenticeship Program and was a licensed stylist by early2002. Her hands-on and thorough training by one of the industry’s best helped shape who she is behind the chair today. Amy has attended the Redken Exchange in New York multiple times as well as countless classes, hair shows, photo shoots and seminars. With a sharp artistic edge, Amy’s dedication to her clients show in the personal attention each one receives. On a personal note, Amy is a tattoo enthusiast, dog and antique lover, movie nerd, and an old soul at heart. Her warm, friendly demeanor and humorous personality will make you feel welcome during your time as her guest.
Tiffani has been surrounded by the professional hair industry throughout her life. Being a third generation stylist has taught her that listening and communication are key to meeting her client’s hair needs and desires. Tiffani studied at the American Crew Academy in Boulder, Colorado, the Tony & Guy Academy in Dallas, Texas, and the Wella Professional Salon in Chicago. She regularly attends classes to keep up with the latest trends and classics on color and cutting methods. Highly skilled in men’s and women’s cut, color and texturing services, Tiffani’s easy demeanor and attention to detail ensure every client that sits in her chair will have a unique and relaxing experience. A dedicated and growing clientele base is a testament to Tiffani’s love for the industry and her passion for excellence.
Joleane Hobart is the newest talent at Voilà. She moved to Georgia in 2012 from northern Pennsylvania and lives in Historic Roswell with her husband Ken; her children, Abby and Carter; and pets Lucy and Kenna. Joleane graduated from Paul Mitchell The School of Esani, and joined the Voilà family in 2014. Her long-time interest in the beauty industry led her on the path to the new career she always wanted. Joleane is excited and motivated to continue her education and hands-on classes and lectures with top-level professionals in the beauty industry including Sam Villa, Vivian McKinder, and Martin Parsons. This summer Joleane attended Redken’s The Exchange in New York City.
Stephanie grew up in the Atlanta area where she attended Walton High School and Greater Atlanta Christian School. She graduated from David Lipscomb University in Nashville where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Office Management and Business Management.
Stephanie’s past work experience includes several different executive assistant positions for various companies. She stepped away from the business world for a hiatus when she started her family and later spent a decade teaching early childhood education. In January 2014 Stephanie joined the staff of Voilà Salon. She is married to Tony Carey and currently resides in Roswell where they are raising their four teenaged sons.
Holly, a native of Alpharetta began her career in 2016 as an Esani Institute graduate. She stays current with both hair and fashion trends to give her clients the most cutting-edge styles. With an additional passion for Make Up artistry she updates her skills through continuous education and advanced training through many of today’s top beauty industry Trend Setters such as Redken, Pureology and Paul Mitchell. Holly is creative, fun and passionate about the art of Hair and Make Up.
